When my collector car was hit by another driver recently, I brought it to RPM because they are near where I work and I see that they always have a lot of nice and sometimes collectible cars in for repair. I figured that was a good sign if they were doing a lot of that type of work. Patrick not only made sure the other driver’s insurance didn’t screw me on the repair costs, but also located high quality parts to replace what was damaged, rather than cheap copies. And on the irreplaceable parts (body panels exclusive to that ltd edition vehicle) , he repaired them extremely well. Repairs (vs replacement) like that are not profitable when dealing with insurance companies, so it’s a testament to how diligent RPM is in delivering top quality work that they were willing to put so much time into repairing parts that are not made or available anymore. And while the car was there, I asked Patrick to perform some other work on it at my expense, which he did at a very reasonable cost. And lastly, the car was finished and ready for pickup exactly when they said it would be.
